These snagless RJ45 boots come 100 to a pack, in black and slide over the plug once it is crimped.
Snagless boots have a hood that covers the plug latch, so leads do not catch on each other or lose their clip when pulled through a cabinet.
Thread the boot onto the cable before fitting the plug, then push it forward over the crimped connector. Sized for cable around 8mm across, Cat6a shielded.
