A 305m reel of CAT6 installation cable, rated to 250MHz for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres, with 10GBASE-T possible on shorter links of around 55 metres.
Its stranded conductors stay supple after repeated bending, which makes it ideal for custom-length patch leads. It uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need.
Its LSZH sheath produces minimal smoke and no halogen fumes if it burns, which many commercial buildings require.
Plan each permanent link at no more than 90 metres, leaving room for patch leads within the 100 metre Ethernet channel.
