This 5m OM3 duplex lead uses laser-optimised 50/125 multimode fibre, rated for 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 metres.
Both ends are LC (small push-and-latch, used on SFP modules and dense panels). Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
It is for multimode optics such as SR and SX modules, and should match the fibre grade of the rest of the link. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is aqua, the usual colour for OM3.
At 5m it is suited to links between racks or across a comms room.
