Built on laser-optimised 50/125 multimode fibre, rated for 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 metres, this 10m SC to SC duplex lead comes ready to patch.
Both ends are SC (square push-pull, common on panels and media converters). Duplex means two fibres in one lead, one for each direction of traffic.
It is for multimode optics such as SR and SX modules, and should match the fibre grade of the rest of the link. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is aqua, the usual colour for OM3.
At 10m it is suited to links between racks or across a comms room.
