OM4 is high-bandwidth 50/125 multimode fibre that runs 10 Gigabit up to 400 metres and 40/100 Gigabit up to 150 metres. This 1m duplex patch lead joins LC ports to ST ports.
One end is LC (small push-and-latch, used on SFP modules and dense panels) and the other is ST (round bayonet twist-lock, found on older installs), so it bridges equipment with different connector types. Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
Match it to the grade already in your panels and to multimode (SR or SX) transceivers. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is aqua, the usual colour for OM4.
At 1m it is a short patching length for use inside one rack.
