This 1m OM1 duplex lead uses 62.5/125 multimode fibre, found in older installations and suited to Gigabit links of a few hundred metres.
Both ends are SC (square push-pull, common on panels and media converters). Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
Match it to the grade already in your panels and to multimode (SR or SX) transceivers. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is orange, the usual colour for OM1.
At 1m it is a short patching length for use inside one rack.
