Buying in bulk? This pack contains 100 CAT5e U/UTP leads in grey, all 5m long, so a whole patch panel can be finished with matching cables.
Each one is a CAT5e lead with an RJ45 plug at both ends, rated to 100MHz for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres.
The cable uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need. A flexible PVC sheath keeps it easy to handle and route. Using 26 AWG copper makes it a little thinner and easier to dress neatly than heavier-gauge leads. Moulded boots support the cable where it meets the plug, reducing strain on the conductors.
Grey is one of several colours in the range, so you can colour-code by department, VLAN or device type.
