A pack of 100 identical 0.5m blue CAT5e patch leads, 0.5m each, for fitting out a cabinet, an office floor or a batch of installs in one go.
Each one is a CAT5e lead with an RJ45 plug at both ends, rated to 100MHz for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres.
The cable uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need. The PVC jacket is soft and flexible, easy to route around furniture and equipment. Using 26 AWG copper makes it a little thinner and easier to dress neatly than heavier-gauge leads. Moulded boots support the cable where it meets the plug, reducing strain on the conductors.
