A pack of 100 identical 1m yellow CAT5e patch leads, 1m each, for fitting out a cabinet, an office floor or a batch of installs in one go.
Each one is a CAT5e lead with an RJ45 plug at both ends, rated to 100MHz for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres.
The cable uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need. A flexible PVC sheath keeps it easy to handle and route. 26 AWG conductors keep the lead slimmer and more flexible than a 24 AWG cable. Moulded boots support the cable where it meets the plug, reducing strain on the conductors.
Choosing yellow leads for one job (cameras, phones or uplinks, say) makes faults quicker to trace later.
