Buying in bulk? This pack contains 100 CAT5e U/UTP leads in yellow, all 1.5m long, so a whole patch panel can be finished with matching cables.
Each one is a CAT5e lead with an RJ45 plug at both ends, rated to 100MHz for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres.
The cable uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need. A flexible PVC sheath keeps it easy to handle and route. Using 26 AWG copper makes it a little thinner and easier to dress neatly than heavier-gauge leads. Moulded boots support the cable where it meets the plug, reducing strain on the conductors.
Choosing yellow leads for one job (cameras, phones or uplinks, say) makes faults quicker to trace later.
