A pack of 12 OS2 LC-LC duplex fibre patch leads, 10m each, for patching out a whole fibre panel or keeping stock for installs.
OS2 is 9/125 single mode fibre, used for long links between buildings and across sites, over distances measured in kilometres. This 10m duplex patch lead joins LC ports to LC ports.
Both ends are LC (small push-and-latch, used on SFP modules and dense panels). Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
Use it only with single mode (OS1/OS2) transceivers and panels; it will not work with multimode optics. The ferrules have a UPC polish. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is yellow, the usual colour for OS2.
