A pack of 12 OS2 LC-SC duplex fibre patch leads, 10m each, for patching out a whole fibre panel or keeping stock for installs.
This 10m OS2 duplex lead uses 9/125 single mode fibre, used for long links between buildings and across sites, over distances measured in kilometres.
One end is LC (small push-and-latch, used on SFP modules and dense panels) and the other is SC (square push-pull, common on panels and media converters), so it bridges equipment with different connector types. Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
Use it only with single mode (OS1/OS2) transceivers and panels; it will not work with multimode optics. The ferrules have a UPC polish. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is yellow, the usual colour for OS2.
