This 20m OS2 duplex lead uses 9/125 single mode fibre, used for long links between buildings and across sites, over distances measured in kilometres.
Both ends are SC (square push-pull, common on panels and media converters). Duplex means two fibres in one lead, one for each direction of traffic.
Use it only with single mode (OS1/OS2) transceivers and panels; it will not work with multimode optics. The ferrules have a UPC polish. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is yellow, the usual colour for OS2.
At 20m it is suited to links between racks or across a comms room.
