What to know
500m reels suit larger jobs and contractors running many outlets, with fewer part-used boxes left over than buying several 305m reels.
CAT6A carries 10 Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100m channel, which is why it is the usual choice for new installations and Wi-Fi 6/7 access points.
