Packs of 50 and 100 are for fit-outs and rack builds, where every port on a patch panel or switch needs a lead of the same length and colour.
CAT6A carries 10 Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100m channel, which is why it is the usual choice for new installations and Wi-Fi 6/7 access points.
