A 25m OM4 trunk with an MPO connector at each end, carrying 12 fibres in a single cable.
MPO trunks link cassettes, panels and 40G/100G optics with one connector instead of many, keeping high-density racks tidy.
The fibre is high-bandwidth 50/125 multimode fibre that runs 10 Gigabit up to 400 metres and 40/100 Gigabit up to 150 metres.
Polarity is Method B; check it matches the cassettes and other trunks in your link before ordering.
