A 0.15m CAT5e Ethernet patch lead rated to 100MHz, good for Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres. That is plenty for broadband routers, PCs, printers, set-top boxes and most office equipment.
The cable uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need. A flexible PVC sheath keeps it easy to handle and route. Using 26 AWG copper makes it a little thinner and easier to dress neatly than heavier-gauge leads. Moulded boots support the cable where it meets the plug, reducing strain on the conductors.
Short lengths like this keep a cabinet neat: patch panel to switch, or switch to switch, with no slack to tie up. Choosing yellow leads for one job (cameras, phones or uplinks, say) makes faults quicker to trace later.
