This 305m box of CAT5e cable is rated to 100MHz and supports Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres.
Solid copper cores are the right choice for fixed cabling: runs through walls and ceilings, terminated on patch panels and wall sockets with punch-down tools. It uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need.
It has a PVC sheath for general indoor use.
The cable carries a CPR (Construction Products Regulation) fire rating of Eca; check the class required for your building before installing.
Plan each permanent link at no more than 90 metres, leaving room for patch leads within the 100 metre Ethernet channel.
