This 305m box of CAT6 cable is rated to 250MHz and supports Gigabit Ethernet at up to 100 metres, with 10GBASE-T possible on shorter links of around 55 metres.
Solid copper cores are the right choice for fixed cabling: runs through walls and ceilings, terminated on patch panels and wall sockets with punch-down tools. It uses unscreened twisted pairs (U/UTP), which is all most homes and offices need.
Its LSZH sheath produces minimal smoke and no halogen fumes if it burns, which many commercial buildings require.
The cable carries a CPR (Construction Products Regulation) fire rating of Dca; check the class required for your building before installing.
Plan each permanent link at no more than 90 metres, leaving room for patch leads within the 100 metre Ethernet channel.
