Built on 62.5/125 multimode fibre, found in older installations and suited to Gigabit links of a few hundred metres, this 1m ST to SC duplex lead comes ready to patch.
One end is ST (round bayonet twist-lock, found on older installs) and the other is SC (square push-pull, common on panels and media converters), so it bridges equipment with different connector types. Being duplex, it has two fibres (transmit and receive) joined side by side.
Match it to the grade already in your panels and to multimode (SR or SX) transceivers. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is orange, the usual colour for OM1.
At 1m it is a short patching length for use inside one rack.
