This 1m OM4 duplex lead uses high-bandwidth 50/125 multimode fibre that runs 10 Gigabit up to 400 metres and 40/100 Gigabit up to 150 metres.
Both ends are LC (small push-and-latch, used on SFP modules and dense panels). Duplex means two fibres in one lead, one for each direction of traffic.
It is for multimode optics such as SR and SX modules, and should match the fibre grade of the rest of the link. The jacket is LSZH for indoor use in offices and data centres. Jacket colour is orange, the usual colour for OM4.
At 1m it is a short patching length for use inside one rack.
