About ST to ST fibre cables
ST connectors have a round metal bayonet coupling that twists to lock, and are found on older switches, media converters and fibre patch panels. ST to ST patch leads are used to maintain and extend these installations, for example to connect equipment to an ST patch panel or to join two ST panels.
