MPO and MTP 12 fibre trunk cables and MPO to LC fanout cables in OM3, OM4 (aqua and Erika violet) and OS2 in lengths from 0.5m to 50m.
MPO trunks and fanouts
An MPO connector carries 12 fibres in a single ferrule. Trunk cables have MPO at both ends and link cassettes, panels and 40G or 100G optics with one connection instead of six duplex leads. Fanout (breakout) cables have MPO at one end and four duplex LC connectors at the other, for splitting a QSFP port into four SFP connections or connecting an MPO cassette to LC equipment.
Polarity matters with MPO: the method used by each trunk, cassette and lead must work together, so check the polarity before ordering. MTP is a high-performance brand of MPO connector and mates with standard MPO ports.
